There is a Rust/bin/bin directory containing all the same binaries as Rust/bin. This directory should not exist

Also the installer is 28MB and the on-disk footprint is 118MB.

Bug triage: I don't have a Windows install to test this. If someone does, it would be great if they could leave a comment. Otherwise I'll leave this open and on milestone 5.

Seems like fixed: I've installed Rust-0.8 binary and I have no "bin\bin" directory.

Yes, I haven't seen this in 0.8 release. May be closed.
