I believe these are the last traits we need in order to start grouping our numerical types into mathematical groups and rings.

I believe these are the last traits we need in order to start grouping our numerical types into mathematical groups and rings. Ultimately I'd like to write something like felix's algebraic library:

But it'd be nice to first get the foundation into core (and hopefully into 0.5 because it's so simple).
