Another round of updates needed to address the broken toolstates (rust-lang/rust#81583 and rust-lang/rust#81582)
Things upstream in rustc changed on us before we were able to get the update to v702 landed so this restarts the upgrade dance.
Nothing really substantive in the diff, just that rustc has started boxing some of the itemkind variants to reduce memory usage, and I didn't want to enable the
box_patternsfeature gate at this time
