I realized I somehow left uefi-raw out of this PR -- fixed.

Release didn't succeed fully -- uefi-raw and uefi-macros went out, but uefi failed: https://github.com/rust-osdev/uefi-rs/actions/runs/10476418052/job/29015255208

This include is blocking the release job:
rust-osdev#1330 (comment)

For now, just inline the example so that we can release. Filed
rust-osdev#1337 to track a better fix.
