Update, in the year of our Lord 2022:

The issues seems to manifest themselves in a somewhat inconsistent manner.
They're still present though, and I even noticed this other problem filter/rule now @Yuki2718:

(Most easely reproduced @ https://www.lippu.fi/)

I see trouble only on www.lippu.fi. All the other pages loads fine with cookielaw blocked.
