With a stricter version of the companion code, some of the fixes are required to load the file at all.
Others, like removing duplicate entries, should be uncontroversial.
Since the derivation of the current
data/english.txtfrom the originalLisp-Wordlist/english-1is neither documented nor automated, modifying a derived data file is not that much of a concern. Some of the fixes just address errors in that transformation anyway.
