Added new property `ariaLabelClearButtonText` used to enhance accessibility when focusing on the dropdown clear button making it more verbose.

This PR is to provide some accessibility improvements with a new property called
ariaLabelClearButtonTextused to enhance accessibility when focusing on the dropdown clear button making it more verbose.This will make this aria attribute more customizable, having the default value as being the one already in place so we can make it backwards compatible.
