Tooltip hover bug #143

Tooltip shows up when hovering over the invisible content, and not just the button.

In the example, https://daisyui.com/components/tooltip if we approach the button from the top, the tooltip will pop up before reaching the button.

This is problematic as we were using tooltip where the tip content would overlap with other elements, so the elements underneath cannot be accessed.
