feat: Allow deletion of delegate transactions from the queue [SW-297]

What it solves

Resolves SW-297

How this PR fixes it

• Shows the signer block if its an unsigned but trusted tranaction
• Allows to reject delegated transactions

How to test it

There are a few limitations that need to be tested

1. Only the owner who created the delegate that proposed a transaction can delete their transactions
2. Owners and delegates can replace transactions
3. Only the last transaction or duplicate transactions can be deleted
4. Signed transactions should still offer a Reject option like before
