fix: update privacy policy for mobile onboarding #2282

What it solves

Resolves outdated privacy policy

How this PR fixes it

This adds Web3Auth and MoonPay to the privacy policy in accordance with the forthcoming mobile release.

How to test it

Open the privcay policy and observe that it matches the requested updates.
