Deformation

An implementation of the deformation algorithm for point counting in smooth projective families of hypersurfaces over finite fields, see e.g. Pancratz-Tuitman 2015.

Implemented by Sebastian Pancratz.

With later contributions by Jean-Pierre Flori, Edgar Costa, Dima Pasechnik.

This fork uses GMP instead of MPIR Dependencies: GMP, MPFR, Flint (2.7+).
