Devise a way to perform local testing

Right now to test the integration locally is a pain in the ass since you need to publish the app to an internet accessible machine and suply the IP address and BLA...

The idea is to find a way to test the integration easily on a local machine.

Ideas are welcome

A quick idea might be to have some kind of script that simulates a notification from transbank.

Another more complex way would be to have a rack app that could be mounted on the app and make it behave like Transbank's servers.

Both of this ideas would require to have #3 working to have a known local private key
