Add Rich Text Editor Component

Implement the Rich Text Editor Component similar to https://www.lightningdesignsystem.com/components/rich-text-editor/

Here is my initial prop proposal for the Rich Text Editor Component. Please let me know your thoughts.

ClassName	String/Array/Object	Additional Class Names for Formatting
toolbarPosition	Enum {“Top”, “Bottom”}	Current Position of Toolbar
label	String	Content of the label to be placed before the text editor
placeholder	String	Content of the placeholder to be placed inside the text editor
hasFocus	Boolean	Checks if the text editor is in focus
hasError	Boolean	Checks if there is an error in the input data
isDisabled	Boolean	Checks if the rich text editor is disabled
currentOptions	Array	Contains an array of currently selected formatting options
onClick	Function	Action triggered when one of the formatting options is clicked

Working:

The onClick function is triggered when one of the formatting options in the toolbar is clicked (Ex: Bold/Italics). The formatting option that is clicked gets added to the currentOptions Array. Whenever a user types text, all formatting options stored in the currentOptions array at the given time are applied to the typed text.
