As discovered in salesforce/lwc#2078 (comment), there are inadvertent dependencies included in
@salesforce/wire-service-jest-util@4.1.4that cause issues for users of newly generated projects who want to usetypescript-eslint. The error was fixed in a subsequent release. This PR bumps@salesforce/plugin-templatesto consume the fix.
