jit plugin-sobject (per plan)
remove the gnerator commands (people should use plugin dev and not make sfdx plugins)
jit plugin-dev so that
sfdx plugins:generateworks (it's actually going to jit plugin-dev and then it'll hit sfdx dev generate plugin`)What issues does this PR fix or reference?
