OneClick Rescue is solution suggested to improve rescue response in critical situtations. The objective of the app is to provide accurate and usefull information to the rescue team with a single click.
The app communicates location coordinates, personal details of the user and the type of emergency with a server. The primary medium of client server communication is Internet. However, in case when phone has no Internet access, the app automatically switches to offline mode of communication.
In offline mode, the app send all the required information to the server with a singed SMS. The app was selected for KP Apps challenge final demo.
