Description

When multiprocessing=True windows minions re-authenticate for every job. This puts and extra burden on masters when there are lots of windows minions.

Preserve credentials when spawning sub-processes on windows.

I don't see auth messages in the minion debug log anymore on 3006.2. I believe this is fixed.
