toolbox image fails to push

This has been happening for a couple of days.

This is probably either an auth issue or a configuration issue on quay.io.

Do you see a "Re-run jobs" button on that page? If so, select "Re-run failed jobs" under it. If not, let me know as it's probably a permissions issue. I can do it.

The needed item was adding the bot account samba.org+publisher. Let's keep this item as something we need to document.
