Feat: Download tool #58
Description
Maybe.
Add tool to download files that:
- Is more reliable / efficient than agents using the terminal with curl etc...
- Uses multi-part downloads to improve speed
- Supports retry and resume
Basically a cut down version of what aria2c provides as a MCP tool
