how to remove DAT file from system

This DAT file was very helpful in avoiding Adobe pop-ups. However, after purchasing a license, I don't know how to remove the DAT file along with its permissions and access.

it's not actually putting any file in your system it just only made a firewall conditions. you can turn it off or delete that condition by going to windows advance firewall options
