  1. Added the support of CIGARs with >65535 operators in BAM. 

    It works by encoding the real CIGAR at the CG tag and writing a fake
CIGAR `<readLen>S<refLen>N` as CIGAR in BAM. samtools/htslib#560 has
implemented the method and been merged.
