Send email to initiator when everyone has entered their availability

Problem: currently it's not clear when someone has finished entering their availability. Possible solutions:

• consider the it finished when the user's last action was X minutes ago;
• redesign the overview for invitees to be mroe form-like, with a final Submit button.
