This fork fixes the Ember global deprecation in newer Ember versions. The maintainers don't want to patch this and are preparing to drop support for anything older than `3.24`. What are you gonna do. Also, drop `tracked-toolbox` becasue we weren't using it.
For example, this provides `createCache` and `getValue`.

Now that it makes sense to drop Ember `<3.24`, we can stop using our fork of this. See #116.
