Renamed title and filename of "Use customer-provided certificates" task to "Update TLS Certificates", to fix issue #7.
Added another table at the bottom of the main checklist, presenting the same regular tasks as in the existing second table, but with a greater focus on how often we suggest they might be done. This is to satisfy a sensible feature request, and fixes #4.
