Remove the pre-commit git hook and its related dependencies_ husky, lint-staged, commitizen and cz-conventional-changelog.

Including pre-commit hook and its related dependencies in this template creates unnecessary confusion.
Moreover, users can configure their desired CI/CD and git hook if needed.
