bug: Empty name are printed on dashboard page

What are the steps to reproduce this issue?

1. Set one of the latest entries with am empty player name for Latest Players Blocked (sb_banlog)
2. Refresh the page to dashboard

What happens?

Player name is printed as empty string

What were you expecting to happen?

Print No nickname present instead of empty string

Any logs, error output, etc.?
