Welcome to the racedata wiki!

This project was created as a replacement to the VB.net version of a data feed for an Accutime2 racing system. The goals of the project were to make the process automatic, without needing to be run manually (by me) during racing. The second goal was to move the system off a laptop an onto a raspberry pi.

I chose Python as the programming language as simply an opportunity to play with it more. Due to the rather simplistic requirements of this program, it seemed to be an adequate solution.
