Archive this repository or reconcile with the fork

My understanding is that https://github.com/VirtusLab/scala-js-cli is the canonical repository used for scala-cli.

I don't think there are any other users of this CLI, so may be either

1. Reconcile the fork with this upstream
2. Archive this repository

I keep landing on this repository when thinking of suggesting a PR, and it's the wrong one
