Use
maven-metadata.xmlto list released Scala versions instead of parsing HTML of Maven index.Maven index (https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/scala-lang/scala3-compiler_3/) seems to not contain any new releases 3.4.0-RC1-bin-20231207-16f1680-NIGHTLY/. However, newer versions are available in maven-metadata.xml
