Set the `dumb` JLine option to `null` instead of `false` when it is not forced. This allows JLine to fall back to a dumb terminal. Also adapt `CoursierScalaTests` accordingly: test that the `scala` command executes commands fed through standard input correctly. [Cherry-picked 312d33f][modified]
