Remove Javadoc files

Description

This PR removes the Javadoc files. Javadocs are now hosted on https://javadoc.io/doc/com.scalar-labs, so we no longer need to host the files on the docs site.

In addition, removing the Javadocs should speed up the time it takes to build the docs site.

• Removed the Javadoc files for versions that are still under Maintenance Support (3.10, 3.9, and 3.8).

Note

Removing the Javadocs from unsupported versions would result in many broken links, so those files will not be deleted for now.
