This uses include snippets to break the template into smaller pieces.
The CLI now also accepts input/output directories.

Steps:

  1. devstats template: Generate myst report template for repo_owner/repo_name
  2. devstats publish: Compile templates into markdown files ready for sphinx / myst
  3. Sphinx build: Compile HTML output
