Summary

⚠️ Base this work off of HYKU/i1019-batch-email-notifications ⚠️

Acceptance Criteria

  • Create a user interface workflow that allows them to set the frequency of the batch email notifications.
  • Email notification options should include: weekly, daily, monthly, or off.
