Instruct user to clear fiji.cfg if starting in python fails

Maybe solvable in conjunction with #5

But right now after my Fiji was broken by pointing to an invalid python environment, it wasn't immediately obvious how to restore it back to Java (by clearing settings in the fiji.cfg)
