Using --recursive and SSH no longer necessary when cloning because there are no more submodules. Use https, because it's simpler.

Using --recursive and SSH no longer necessary when cloning because there are no more submodules. Use https, because it's simpler. Manually resolved conflict: use clone netsec-ethz/netsec-scion, not scionproto/scion
