Hello @scottjpearson, looks like this repo is pretty stale so not sure what you will think of a PR but submitting anyway.
I've added here the ability for user to manually filter publications after fetching from pubmed.

Thanks. Will approve. FYI, this project was taken over by a much larger project and effort, Flight Tracker for Scholars. More information about this project is here. Would be happy to have you join using Flight Tracker's expanding repertoire.

Thanks for the Flight Tracker recommendation. I've installed it but haven't played with it much yet. Will be sure to take a look!

@scottjpearson I should've tagged before PR. Would you mind creating a tag so that we might be able to get from the Redcap Repo? Not sure if that would require REDCap External Modules Submission Survey? Thanks
