Migrated from MSI to MSIX for installer. Old version of app will be considered legacy and done, all new versions will be based on MSIX and target x64 only to start. ARM64 will be added later. |

Modernize with .NET 9.0 and create single native executable. Simplify with SDK-style projects and remove need for
NGenorILRepackcomplications. The downside is the executable is much larger since .NET Native AOT trimming still has a ways to go.
