You can't add a sprite from the backpack if there are no sprites in the project already #4350
Description
Expected Behavior
If you have a sprite in your backpack, you should always be able to add it to your project.
Actual Behavior
If there are no sprites in your project If you drag a sprite to the sprite list area it does not get added to your project.
Steps to Reproduce
Make sure a sprite is in your backpack
Create a project
Delete the default cat
Open the backpack
Click and drag the sprite out of your backpack and onto the sprite list area
Note: When you let go of the sprite it disappears and no sprite is added to the project.
If you add a random sprite back to the project you can then add sprites to the project from the backpack again. It's only while the project has no sprites that there is a problem.
