This is an update to the pktgen submodule version following onvm-pktgen PR #4.
Summary:
A fix to onvm-pktgen corrected an invalid path in the ONVM
run-pktgen.shscript which led to a command not found error. This PR updates the submodule version to include this fix.Test Plan:
It was verified that making this submodule update on a CloudLab instance with the onvm-18.05 profile prevents this command not found error.
