indicator-mic-cam: pulseaudio mic usage indicator

indicator-mic-cam is a simple indicator that:

• shows a microphone icon in the system tray if any of the microphones are being used by an application via PulseAudio;
• shows a camera icon in the system tray if any of the webcams are being used;

Installation
