增加了一个变量
isOnIME，用addeventlistener的conpositionstart/end事件来追踪用户是否悬停在输入法上，并且只在isOnIME为false时按下enter会让消息直接发出。比较小白不知道有没有更好的实现，先提了PR看看（fix #30)
