Trouble shooting PBJ
Some external tools such as Hugging Face may require that Developer Mode be enabled in Microsoft Windows. See the information on the Hugging Face Windows Limitations. At the time of this writing (2/07/2023), one way to enable Developer Mode is through the Windows Control Panel, also known as the Settings Panel.

Open the Settings Panel.

Select Update & Security.

Select For developers on the left.

Enable Developer Mode.
Developer Mode should now be enabled.
The path to your broker is probably incorrect.
or if you are running mac, make sure not to include "C:" before your path as that might mess it up as well.
