Hello!

Could you please check my implementation of Filters system and refactoring of TestSuite?
It is intended to fix #541 and #261.
Also I hope that later it can be used as a part of #10

Thanks in advance

-refactor TestSuite::run

Find out that pull request is not completely finished..
Need to update how test suite is run from TestRunner.
I will polish it a little bit if you like the main idea.

Fixed 2 bugs in current pull request.

I can try to implement parallel test execution basing of this functionality, do you think it's worth a try?
