Description
This PR is the one that will contain all changes made during refactoring of lend-token contract from cw20 to snip20 protocols.
Notable changes
Getting rid of cosmwasm dependencies and replace them with shade's.
Next steps
Merge it into a PR containing full copy of current lending token.
