Expanded filtering options for Recommendations

Description

I often see odd, low budget Bollywood films in the Recommended or Trending sections. Im not personally interested in these, and I've tried to set the Discover Region and Discover Language options to exclude them, with mixed results. A number of the films are streaming locally through Netflix, so they are available in my region, and in English.

As far as I can tell, the Trending section simply ignores the discovery filter settings, so that I see films with original language Telugu, despite not setting that language in General Settings.

My current workaround is flawed. As an example, Id like to exclude the bollywood films, but Id also like to include studio Ghibli films for example - but I can only set one availability region.

Desired Behavior

Id like to propose that the Trending window either respect those filtering options, or a toggle to switch between that behavior and the current. I'd also propose some additional filtering options for Jellyseerr recommendations, such as filtering for the server, as well as per-user. Id also like to be able to set more than one availbility region in General Settings.

This is limited by tmdb api. The trending endpoint does not support filtering.

Someone should contact simiansays (creator of couchmoney.tv) and ask for help with a recommendation engine.
