[BUG] Operations execution is not updating status correctly

Steps to reproduce

1. Call any async operation
2. Status is "running" all the ime

Expected behavior

Status should changed depending on the operation status.

Actual behavior

It keeps showing "running" all the time

Environment

• sovd_web_ui version: main
• Browser: Chrome
• OS: Ubuntu
