Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses

This PR removes the custom catalog rebuild methods to not rely on the archetype_tool.
This is needed to support Dexterity contents in the future.

Current behavior before PR

Only listed types from archetype_tool are considered when rebuilding the catalog

Desired behavior after PR is merged

All types are considered when rebuilding the catalog

I confirm I have tested this PR thoroughly and coded it according to PEP8
and Plone's Python styleguide standards.
