Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses
This PR fixes an issue where the dynamic analysis specifications are not correctly set for new created samples.
Current behavior before PR
Sample specification is applied before analyses are created in the sample.
Desired behavior after PR is merged
Sample specification is applied after analyses are created in the sample.
