Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses

This PR deactivates objects after reindexing for all SENAITE catalogs when cleaning and rebuilding a catalog over the ZMI.

Current behavior before PR

Objects are kept in memory after reindexing

Desired behavior after PR is merged

Objects are flushed from memory after reindexing

I confirm I have tested this PR thoroughly and coded it according to PEP8
and Plone's Python styleguide standards.
