Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses
This Pull Request ensures the filter button "Mine" (aka review_state) is hidden instead of "Open" when the logged in user is an analyst and the access to worksheets is restricted in accordance with the setup setting.
Current behavior before PR
When logged in as analyst, the "Open" filter button in worksheets listing is hidden, but "Mine" is visible
Desired behavior after PR is merged
When logged in as analyst, the "Mine" filter button in worksheets listing is hidden, but "Open" is visible
